Can I get the unedited images/RAW files?
Unfortunately, I only deliver edited files due to the extremely large size of RAW files. If you are unhappy with the editing style, we can discuss alternative options.
Can I modify my session package before/the day of?
If it is more than 24hrs before the session, we can discuss any changes you may have depending on my schedule. Day of changes will only be accepted depending on my flexibility on the day of your session but there is no guarantee for either.
What time of day has the best lighting?
Depending on what type of session you are choosing, the golden hour (1 hr before and after sunrise and sunset) is the best lighting. Either way we can find the best time that works for you!
Can I bring a friend or family member along to help me during the shoot?
Friends and family are welcome to help during shoots in terms of carrying items or simply observing as long as it does not interrupt or create a distraction to the shoot itself.
What is the turn-around time for the edited images?
All photos will be returned within a week of the session unless I personally message you otherwise.
How will my photos be sent to me?
I provide a link to a gallery with your photos that can be shared with anyone you prefer. You can also download your photos individually or all at once.
Do you photoshop anything?
All packages will receive a basic photoshop edit which focuses on minor errors (people in the background, blemishes, removal of objects). I offer in-depth photoshopping to all of my clients for an additional cost.
Can I switch out a few photos in the gallery for different ones?
I provide 100% of the usable photos in the majority of my packages, if you are thinking about switching out photos please contact me and I will see what I can do. Most of the time I will have already given you all of the usable photos.
